Tens of thousands join a Beirut rally to mark the second anniversary of the killing of ex-Lebanese PM Rafik Hariri has passed off mainly peacefully. There had been fears of clashes between pro-government supporters, who accuse Syria of involvement in the killing, and pro-Syrian opposition activists.
