Aoun Has a Written Document for Political Dialogue with the Majority |

Free Patriotic Movement leader Michel Aoun said Thursday the has opposition assigned him to take part in political dialogue with the majority based on a written document and accused the government of involvement in the serial killings.
Aoun, talking to reporters at his residence in Rabiyeh, refused to disclose details of the dialogue document.
"I won't talk about the negotiation document, we'll disclose it during negotiations," Aoun said.
He spoke of a "veiled settlement document in circulation" but refused to elaborate on the remark.
However, he stressed that "I am assigned by the opposition to go into dialogue with any body to reach a settlement."
Reaching an understanding with the Majority before forming the new government is "necessary," Aoun said.
Commenting on the killing of Brig. Gen. Francois el-Hajj, Aoun said: "The authority is not far from these crimes because it did not unveil any of their threads." He was referring to the 18 crimes that have wrecked Lebanon since withdrawal of Syria's troops in April 2005.
